Can we bring the party to a park?
Yes, presuming you obtain necessary permits from the governmental department overseeing public land.
Is Craft on Wheels insured?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance and can provide copies upon request.
Are the bar staff trained?
Our bartenders are the best in the business. Everyone has TIPS training, extensive experience and each is super friendly.
Do you do bar-only rentals?
Yes – this is a great option when you already have a caterer or are booking a venue that requires you use their staff to serve their alcohol. In this instance, your caterer / venue will provide the stock and staff our bar. Please note: When you rent the bar from us you are responsible for any damage.

What areas do you serve?
We operate from Glens Falls. Travel up to 50 miles in New York state from our base is included in the cost. Beyond that distance there will be an additional per mile fee.
How do I gauge how much beer and wine to order?
First some stats: We use sixtel beer kegs; each holds about 5.16 gallons. Commonly used by craft breweries, a sixtel yields about 55 12-ounce beers. How many kegs are needed depends on size of your crowd, the type of event, the length and time of day of your event, the demographic make-up of your guests, etc.
What happens if we don’t use all of the alcohol we order?
By law we can’t use partial kegs or redistribute an unused keg to another event. Our permit will require we must return all kegs to the point of purchase; no exceptions. There is no opportunity to receive a refund.
